Authenticity
Your painting is a true authentic hand painted original, as you are buying directly from the artist.
How am I sure artwork is authentic?
- Original paintings come with both a Certificate of Authenticity (COA) and a tagsmART 2.0 certificate ensuring provenance, which is its documented history of ownership. A clear and well-documented provenance attests to the authenticity of the piece.

Art for Business
When purchasing artwork in Canada as a capital acquisition, it can qualify for tax deductions.
Benefits of renting art for staging.
Renting artwork for home staging can be a great way to enhance the overall look and feel of a property. Here are some benefits of renting artwork for home staging in Canada:
- Enhance visual appeal: Artwork can add a pop of color, texture, and interest to an otherwise dull or boring space. By renting artwork, you can create a more visually appealing environment that will attract potential buyers.
- Create a cohesive design: Artwork can help tie together different design elements in a space. By renting artwork that complements the existing decor and furniture, you can create a cohesive and stylish look that will appeal to buyers.
- Increase perceived value: Artwork can make a space look more expensive and luxurious. By renting high-quality artwork, you can increase the perceived value of the property and make it more attractive to potential buyers.
- Stand out from the competition: In a competitive real estate market, it's important to make your property stand out from the rest. By renting unique and eye-catching artwork, you can make your property more memorable and increase the chances of a sale.
- Flexibility: Renting artwork allows you to change up the look and feel of a space without making a long-term commitment. This can be especially helpful if you're staging multiple properties or if your design preferences change over time.
- If the rental of artwork is used to stage a property that is being used for business purposes, such as to generate rental income or as a business office, the cost of the rental is deductible as a business expense. However, if the rental is used solely for personal purposes, such as to stage a home for sale, it may not be deductible.
Overall, renting artwork for home staging in Canada can be a smart investment that can help increase the perceived value and appeal of a property, leading to a faster sale at a higher price point.
Artwork as a capital acquisition.
When purchasing artwork in Canada as a capital acquisition, it can qualify for tax deductions.
- Art valued at less than $200 can be claimed as a one-time class 12 deduction at 100% of the purchase price.
- For art valued over $200, it can be claimed as a class 8 capital cost allowance depreciable at a rate of 20% per year, with 20% of the purchase price being deductible each year.
For instance, if a painting costs $10,000, $2,000 can be claimed in the first year, and $1,600 in the second year, and so on.

If you would like a custom print size, you can request it at any time by just contacting us and we'll be more than pleased to accommodate your request.
Limited-Editions
The number of limited-editions is determined per painting by material, not by size.
How do your Limited Editions work?
To illustrate, if the print edition is set at 50, regardless of the size, there will only be a total of 50 print editions per material in existence.
Once the final print edition (in this case, the 50th) is ordered, it will be discontinued and marked accordingly as SOLD OUT. Never again to be available.
We create the prints on demand and assign limited print edition numbers accordingly.
This allows us to cater to customer preferences and offer any size they desire before it's discontinued.
Limited Editions sold out, now what?
Once the available stock is depleted, prints will no longer be available, ever.
Each print edition is released in extremely limited quantities, all of which are numbered and signed.
Our aim is to introduce 1-2 new paintings each month so as to then be able to offer the limited editions for sale.
If you wish to stay informed about the availability of new paintings and limited editions.

What are acceptable Imperfections?
Our special blend cotton and polyester canvas is designed to meet art galleries’ and museum’s longevity requirements for up to 200 years.
The very nature of a natural product such as cotton canvas means that there will be imperfections (lumps and bumps) in the surface of the canvas caused by the variations in the cotton threads that make up the canvas.
This is normal and a feature of cotton canvas.
Likewise, any imperfections that you may see on the canvas print are a feature of the original painting and as such a reflection of the nature of the painted surfaces of original paintings.
Likewise our Fine Art Matte | Paper prints, ChromaLuxe HD | Metal prints and Premium+ Canvas prints are also crafted to these same high industry standards.
So if within 14 days of your purchase, you are not happy with the quality of our product and this is due to factors under our control, we will happily replace or refund your purchase fully. Your choice.
What is the difference between Museum Wrap vs Gallery Wrap?
Museum Wrap and Gallery Wrap prints are both methods of presenting canvas artwork, but they differ in the way the canvas is stretched and the final appearance.
Here are the main differences between these two types:
Museum Wrap Prints:
- Appearance: In Museum Wrap prints, the entire image is visible from the front, and the sides of the canvas are an elegant solid black color to create a clean, contemporary, professional look, that museums and art galleries utilize.
- Fold: The canvas is wrapped tightly around the stretcher bars, with no part of the image or design extending around the sides.
Gallery Wrap Prints:
- Appearance: Gallery Wrap prints as there known or Stretched canvas is an other name are similar to Museum Wrap prints in that the entire image is visible from the front. However, in Gallery Wrap prints, the sides of the canvas are an extension of the image itself. This can be mirrored or other versions. But the difference is the image extends around and over the edges instead of being a solid color.
- Fold: The canvas is wrapped around the stretcher bars in a way that allows the image to continue onto the sides.
In summary, the primary difference between these two canvas wrapping styles is in the treatment of the sides of the canvas, the appearance and usage.
Museum Wrap = Art Gallery usage
Gallery Wrap = Consumer usage
