That’s why all orders include our

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

 

If your purchase doesn’t feel quite right once it arrives, you have a full two weeks from the date of delivery to let us know.

We’ll arrange the return and process your refund after receiving and inspecting the item.

💵 Refund Details

  • You may be eligible for either a full refund, credit on gift card, or refund minus a 20% restocking fee.

  • If any surcharge applies, we’ll gladly issue it as a gift card you can use on a future purchase.

⏳ Note: We cannot accept return requests after 14 days from delivery confirmation.


🔁 Free Return Eligibility

You qualify for free return shipping if:

  • The item is in original condition: unused and in its original packaging

  • Request return approval within 14 days and ship the item back within 7 days of approval

  • Provide proof of purchase

Once approved, we’ll schedule a courier pickup at no cost to you.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Some items are final sale and not eligible for return:

  • Custom art print orders

  • Original paintings

  • Gift cards


💥 Damaged or Incorrect

If something arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll review the issue and make things right—fast and personally.


🚚 Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your address before completing your order.
We are not able to issue refunds for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.


📭 Lost or Undelivered

If something doesn’t arrive, contact us immediately. We’ll work with the carrier and make sure you’re taken care of.


📝 How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us first for return approval

  2. Do not send items without prior approval—they will be refused and not accepted

  3. Once approved, we’ll email you shipping instructions and schedule a courier pickup on your behalf


💳 Refund Timeline

After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll notify you of your refund status.

  • Approved refunds are system processed within 1 business day

  • Your bank or credit card company may take up to 3–7 business days to post the refund to your account

  • If it’s been more than 10 business days and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us
