If your purchase doesnât feel quite right once it arrives, you have a full two weeks from the date of delivery to let us know.
Weâll arrange the return and process your refund after receiving and inspecting the item.

You may be eligible for either a full refund, credit on gift card, or refund minus a 20% restocking fee.

If any surcharge applies, weâll gladly issue it as a gift card you can use on a future purchase.
âł Note: We cannot accept return requests after 14 days from delivery confirmation.

You qualify for free return shipping if:

The item is in original condition: unused and in its original packaging

Request return approval within 14 days and ship the item back within 7 days of approval

Once approved, weâll schedule a courier pickup at no cost to you.

If something arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Weâll review the issue and make things rightâfast and personally.
đ Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your address before completing your order.
We are not able to issue refunds for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.
đ Lost or Undelivered
If something doesnât arrive, contact us immediately. Weâll work with the carrier and make sure youâre taken care of.
