From My Personal Journal
Â
This one arrived like a whisper.
I wasnât trying to paint love. I wasnât trying to paint anything, really. I was simply movingâletting the brush follow a rhythm that felt quiet⌠and infinite. And somewhere in that stillness, two forms began to emerge.
They werenât grounded. No faces. No detail. Just motion. Just presence. One curve flowed into the next, until it was no longer clear where one being ended and the other began.
Thatâs when the name dropped into my mindâ
Celestial Lovers.
It felt right. Instantly. Because they werenât earthly. They werenât bound by skin, or place, or time. They were something deeper. Souls meeting in the space between stars.
Thereâs something sacred about this piece that I canât quite explain. A kind of Zen stillness. The type of silence you feel when you know youâre exactly where youâre meant to beâwith someone who sees you beyond words.
I kept the lines minimal and fluidâno distractions, no excess. Just the essence of connection. It became a kind of meditation. Every stroke had to be intentional. Balanced. True.
What I love most is that theyâre in motion, but not rushing. Theyâre floating. Weightless. Carried by something larger than themselves. And thatâs what real love feels like to me. Not performance. Not perfection. Just⌠surrender.
I believe love isnât just physical or emotionalâitâs metaphysical. Itâs energy. Itâs remembering something your soul already knew.
And I think thatâs what this painting holds: not a depiction of lovers, but the feeling of being spiritually joined.
Maybe when you see it, youâll think of someone who moved through your life like a quiet wind. Or someone whoâs still with you, even from a distance.
Or maybe⌠youâll simply feel a calm, universal knowing.
That loveâreal loveâisnât something we chase.
Itâs something we return to.
